1. What Klass is

Klass (klass.mn) is a marketplace where people find, book and pay with QPay for children's classes, courses at centers and 1:1 tutors. It also gives teachers, studios and centers tools for listings, attendance, invoices and payouts. The service is run by Voyager AGI LLC (Voyager AGI ХХК). [Address and company registration number to be added.]

Klass does not teach the classes itself. The teacher, studio or center that publishes a listing teaches it and is responsible for its content and quality.

2. Accounts

  • You can search and browse without an account. Booking, paying, writing reviews, messaging and saving need one.
  • You sign in with a phone number, Google or Facebook. A Mongolian phone number must be verified before the first booking.
  • Children never sign in. A guardian books and pays for a child from their own account.
  • A learner registered as "myself" must be 18 or older.
  • You are responsible for keeping the details in your account accurate.

3. Bookings and payments

  • Payments are made with QPay. Klass collects them in its own QPay account, deducts its commission and pays the teacher or studio out every week.
  • An invoice becomes "paid" only after Klass has checked the payment with QPay again.
  • Every payment, commission, refund and payout is written to an immutable record.
  • Klass's refund and review protections do not apply to payments made in cash or outside Klass.
  • See the Refund policy for refunds.

4. Reviews

  • To write a review you must have attended enough sessions of the class, or a trial, and have paid through Klass (or booked a free trial through Klass).
  • One learner leaves one review per listing. A review that contains a phone number or a link is not published until staff approve it.
  • The reviewer's full name is not published.

5. For teachers, studios and centers

  • When registering, providers accept the Provider Terms (commission, refund policy, child safety code) separately, with a timestamp.
  • The "Verified" badge is a document check. It does not vouch for teaching methods or results. An unverified provider can publish listings but cannot receive payouts from Klass.
  • Public listing text may not contain phone numbers. A learner's phone number and details stay hidden until enrollment.

6. What is not allowed

  • Fraud, false information, or anything that endangers children.
  • Steering people to pay outside Klass, or using a child's information without permission.
  • Report safety, fraud or quality problems with "Report a problem" on the listing page. Klass staff review it and, where needed, hide the listing or review and suspend the account for a time.

7. Limits of liability

[Limitation of liability and dispute resolution wording to be written by a lawyer.]

8. Changes to these terms
